Weekend Orders:
Orders placed on Fridays will be processed from Monday. Our warehouse remains closed over the weekends.
Exceptions in Deliveries:
If certain remote locations or military bases are inaccessible for deliveries, these orders will be verified and refunded.
Carrier & Tracking:
Most of our packages are dispatched via USPS. Post dispatch, we don’t have control over the package's USPS processing duration. For updates, consider checking with your local USPS office using the provided tracking number.
Lost Packages:
Should your tracking show a delivered status without you receiving the package:

Incorrect Address:
- If it returns to us due to a non-existent address, we'll re-ship it free of charge.
- If delivered to an incorrect existing address, please check with the residents there. We cannot retrieve or resend in such cases.
- Neighborhood Checks: Examine your premises and check with neighbors, especially if the package was marked delivered at the front porch.
Order Amendments:
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be altered or canceled. Ensure the accuracy of your shipping details during checkout. Incorrectly shipped packages based on your order information are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Liability & Damages:
The Ollie Bee isn’t accountable for lost/stolen packages. If your package arrives in a damaged state, please notify our Customer Care within 24 hours.
