Please note that an order cannot be modified or canceled once placed. All coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Limited time offers can only be used on orders placed within the offer's specified time period.
- It is standard for items to arrive in multiple packages and deliveries. Our items are stored and shipped from multiple warehouse throughout USA and China.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the day of receiving the products. If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All product return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it. Holiday merchandise cannot be returned within 7 days of holiday or thereafter.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a product return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your product return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
STORE CREDIT - FORM OF REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. You will receive a refund in the form of store credit to be used within 60 days. There is no restocking fee when receiving refund in the form of store credit gift card.
There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund once we process your return, upon receiving and inspecting the item(s) returned. We agree to waive the restocking fee, if you accept your refund in the form of store credit.
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. All sale items are considered final sale.
We do not offer free return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must include a tracking number.
